Projects:
As a community based non- profit organisation, Patchwork endeavours to work with both local and international NGOs, and government agencies to provide services focusing on sustainable development and community based rehabilitation. This is facilitated through the implementation of different projects that address urgent needs. The projects incorporate the following programs:
• Emergency Relief Program
• Child Sponsorship Program
• Medical and Health Care Programs
• Sustainable Development Programs
We aim to support vulnerable individuals and families within war-affected communities as they attempt to rebuild their lives and reacquire a sense of independence and empowerment. Our vision, and thus our work, is grounded in the belief that persons with disabilities affected by war are entitled to live free from discrimination, and have the opportunity to access vital resources that are often taken for granted in our world.
Our emergency relief program provides ongoing sponsorship to people with disability, to obtain essential items for daily living. 
The child sponsorship program provides ongoing educational and nutritional support to infants and school aged children. 
Our medical and health care program allows individuals to obtain essential medical treatment and ongoing medical support for the injuries they have subdued. 
The sustainable development program ensures people with disability have an opportunity for self employment through which they are able to generate income to support themselves and their families.
